The Third Member Congress of Zhejiang Chunfeng Group Trade Union Held Successfully
On the afternoon of January 30, 2019, the third member congress of the Chunfeng Group Labor Union was successfully held.
The leaders participating in this meeting are:Mr. Ma Maodeng, the full-time deputy secretary of the Xinda Group and the chairman of the trade union; Mr. Zhu Zhongxing, the chairman and party secretary of Chunfeng Group; The term of the second committee of the Chunfeng Group Labor Union has expired. According to the relevant provisions of the Labor Union Law of the People's Republic of China, reelection is required. With the approval of the company's party committee and the higher level union, the third member congress of the union of Chunfeng Group Co., Ltd. was convened. There were 83 formal delegates at the conference, of which 47 were female representatives, accounting for 56%. The actual number of delegates to the meeting exceeded 50% of the total number of delegates, which was in line with the quorum.
The meeting was held in two phases:
1. Hearing and reviewing the report on the income and expenditure of Ye Beijing, the leader of the second union fund review team;
2. Election of the members of the third session of the trade union, the members of the fund review team, and the members of the first session of women workers.
After democratic votes, the final comrades elected were:
The third session of trade union members (in order of strokes of surnames): Wang Weibo, Sun Aifang, Chen Yong, Zhou Yun, Ni Leilei, Xu Weiqiang, Cai Haibo;
Members of the third funding review team (in order of strokes of surnames): Ye Beijing, Du Yanping, Huang Yan;
The first female workers committee members (in order of strokes of surnames): Sun Aifang, Wu Min, Zhang Linlin, Dong Si, Yu Jianping.
Cai Haibo, the elected employee representative, took the floor. He said that under the leadership of Chairman Xu, members of the last trade union had closely contacted the masses and actively participated in politics and deliberations, which greatly safeguarded the rights and interests of the majority of employees, and educated and led them to actively participate in the construction of the group. After doing a lot of work and successfully completing the tasks during his term of office, a new trade union committee has been established. As a group of trade union members, this is both an honor and a responsibility and a challenge. Drawing on the valuable experience of the previous trade union committee, we will actively work to push the work of the group trade unions to a new stage again.Chairman Xu said: The trade union is a mass organization voluntarily joined by enterprise employees under the leadership of the party. It is a bridge and link between the party and the workers, and represents the interests of members and employees. Its main function is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, care about their lives, help solve their difficulties, and enrich their spare time.
Based on the nature and functions of the union and the actual situation of our spring breeze, I am thinking about what should the union do? My thinking is mainly in the following three aspects, and I hope everyone will work together to improve:
1. Give full play to the role of bridges and bonds between enterprises and employees.
Chunfeng is a traditional enterprise, and the managers of many enterprises are still the first-generation entrepreneurs. Our thinking mode management methods are still more traditional, and they are unable to keep up with the needs of the changing times. In recent years, there have been young people joining the Spring Breeze family. The characteristics of young people are vitality, passion, innovative thinking and advanced ideas. These are the wealth of the group. Young people need to play a greater role in the development of the group. We must actively recruit young people to join trade union organizations, and constantly learn to listen to and collect ideas, suggestions and ideas from young people. Improve our thinking mode and management method, make Chunfeng Group more energetic and more in line with the trend of the new era!
2. Enrich employees' spare time and strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization.
We will continue to carry out various forms of union activities. Such as travel, parties, fun games, sports activities and so on.
But I was wondering if these activities can give our employees a sense of belonging? How happy are we in this impetuous society? Money worship, individual heroism, apathy, selfishness, bottomlessness, lack of giving and gratitude. . . These are all around us. What can we do to give employees more sense of belonging and happiness? What can we do to make employees proud of being a member of Spring Wind? Worth us thinking. Personally, I think corporate culture and spiritual civilization are very important.
3. Care for employees' lives.
At present, the group union has been doing birthdays, visiting and comforting sick employees and having children.
What else can we do for our employees? What practical difficulties can help employees solve?
I hope that the new trade union will be pragmatic and that it can really do something for the development of the group and the interests of employees. It is hoped that the members can work together, make suggestions, and make the union work meaningful.
